Capabilities

Our large Flexographic presses are able to manufacture labels for just about any application. With the use of our smaller presses, we are able to produce labels cost effectively for shorter runs by utilizing smaller dies and plates.

It is possible we will have the exact die size you need on many squares, rectangles and circles. We can order custom dies to accommodate your exact specifications.

With our 10 color press, we can print virtually any image or design on both sides of the web and still have the option of adding up to two spot colors, or a UV varnish.

All of our Flexo presses have the ability to print on both sides of the web in any combination. This is often used in the printing of adhesive free peel off coupons. We can also print directly on the adhesive.

Our Digital iQ Press is capable of closely matching most of the PANTONE library with the addition of Orange and Violet to CMYK. It can do a double hit of Opaque White and it has the ability to add a UV Topcoat, Laminate, Foil, or 2 conventional flexo spot colors...

We have the ability to finish labels in: Traverse Rolls, Rolls, Fanfolded, or in Sheets. Shrink wrapping is also available.
